  Placed a 60$ order at 950… order went through. Made it to the drive thru at 1002… the white girl with tattoos on her face…. Said she cancelled the order when it came through cause they close at 10. Took 10 business days to get my refund….

  Ramy provided the best customer service. Went above and beyond to help with our Company lunch. We did a last minute order, but exceeded expectations. Makes for a great salesman as well, helped me with all options. Thanks Ramy to you and your team. Look forward to ordering with you again.

  Ordered a #2: Roast beef. Asked for it to be toasted and was told they can't toast a #2, but they can toast a #10: Double meat roast beef. Declined the double meat. When I received my order it had a sticker that said 'Tastier Toasted.' What???

  Tonight makes the 2nd night in a row I placed an order through the Jimmy John's app just for the store to call and cancel it. Yesterday, no drivers to deliver it. Tonight, magically out of bread. Somehow my Jimmy John's rewards aren't making it back in my account.
