- LCLove ConquersOct 16, 20261.0Please train the workers to follow the ticket! Especially when customers are paying for extra! I love JJ but think it’s time to stop eating here! I order an Italian sandwich with extra everything pretty much! And extra mayo packets on the side! Received no extra mayo on sandwich or side none of the veggies I paid for made it to sandwich either. I realized once I made it across towns and refused to drive back! Please workers read ticket and apply it to sandwich not just make what you think we want!

Quiznos was closed and tried this place but today was my first and last time I go there. The girl there was nice but that sandwich is pretty disrespectful to anyone 😂

- KMKimberli MendozaJul 21, 20261.0I came in 30 mins to closing time and ordered a toasted country club sandwich with pickles and by the time I got home and checked my order to realize that not only is the sandwich not toasted there's was no meat or cheese on the sandwich after the store was closed... I came in next day to see if I could get it replaced willing to show them video and copy of my receipt and associate Carter told me he could not do anything about it because I didn't not report it that day even tho the store was already closing and lived 15 mins away. I feel the easy thing would be to just replace the sandwich instead of acting like it's an inconvenience that a customer is reporting an error on the part of the store
