The staff was very helpful and explained her choice of protein, so I appreciated the great customer service. I chose whey, but I was hoping for a thicker smoothie with a stronger berry flavor. Instead, it tasted a little chalky with just a faint taste of banana.

- DJDee JAug 5, 20262.0Just got two peanut butter mood smoothies and they had a pasty sticky gummy texture where I couldn’t even drink it out of the straw and even a little melted it still was just sticky and gummy. It was just a nasty texture and never have I ever had this happen. Tried calling store and it sent straight to voicemail? That’s weird that this work place doesn’t have a work phone for customers to call? Smoothies should not have a sticky gummy texture please do better Jamba
