  I wanted something refreshing, but after waiting 10 minutes and nobody came to the speaker, I decided to leave. I went around up to the window and nobody was there. 10 minutes for nothing.

  We eat açaí bowls a min of twice a week. This is the only place we have ever had to wait 30+ mins to get our order. Why? The açaí bowls are delish, I give 5 stars for that; but there is zero excuse to have to wait 30+ mins each time we go here for 2 bowls. Can’t even get an apology for take so long. I hope yall become more efficient as it’s getting hotter outside and burning gas in my car while waiting for over 30 mins is not going to be enticing. I want to keep coming here and I expect a learning curve for a new biz so I hope to be able to improve on this rating soon. Again, love the bowls and the employees seem to be nice. An apology for taking so long can help too. Rooting for yall and hope to have a lower wait time next time we go.

  no outdoor trash cans . The order window is the the corner and feels claustrophobic and you have to pick up at the same window there is no room it’s a mess forgot our order had to ask and waited 30 mins
