  In our opinion, we didn't like that we got caught in a sort of false advertising with this place. We were about to get our drinks and use the app for the first time after a couple days since you get a free drink as long as you have the app. Once we came inside (which was the only option because they didn't let us sample the drink we wanted since it was drive thru), we were told we don't have an option to redeem the very free reward we had through the email confirmation. Probably don't go in a get psyched by the people since they can't even comp the drink even though it says it's free. Better to go to the Smoothie King across the street.

  The tea is always amazing and the staff is so so sweet. We always have great service. I saw they have coffee as an option I believe newer to the menu. Got the Liquid Gold coffee and was super disappointed. This tasted like something you can make yourself at a gas station also so overly milky. I’d recommend sticking to Tea!

  Been to this location a few times and the tea is always consistent. Staff are very friendly and there is nothing better than a nice cold iced tea on a hot summer day.

  Great drinks but terrible customer service and 99.9% of the time they dont get the order right and they overcharge or miss something. I've had to be refunded at least 4 times because they messed up. Most places when they mess up they comp for something, even if its minor, they dont. They still charge you for the mistake. Do better.

  I come here an embarrassingly amount of times. All good experiences. Bring back the pink lemonade and my life is yours. Consistency is pretty spot on. I think one week the Texas Chai was tasting interestingly suspicious but not bad enough NOT to drink. Drink my stuff too fast for a photo. Oops.
