Now that my birthday has passed, it’s suddenly marked as expired. Which makes no sense since I never had the chance to use it in the first place. When I went into the store, they wouldn’t honor it and Devin told me go online to get it reactivated, which felt like a lot of unnecessary hassle for something that wasn’t my fault. On top of that, I was charged full price during happy hour, which was frustrating on its own. I attempted to call to get the issue resolved, but the staff hung up on me, and now I can’t get through at all. Overall, the customer service has been extremely disappointing, and the entire situation feels poorly handled from start to finish. I specially drove there because I’m a mom having a bad day and wanted some good happy hour. But thanks to the service received, that opposite happened.
