  I’m disappointed with the experience my mother had at HTeaO. She ordered a matcha and a half gallon of Mint Sweet Tea. She received the matcha fairly quickly, but then waited around 20 minutes for the tea without any communication or update from the staff. We completely understand that brewing fresh tea can take time, but customers should at least be informed about delays instead of being left waiting without explanation. What made the situation more upsetting was the feeling that other customers were being prioritized over her. My mother is a Spanish-speaking woman, and the interaction left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, customer service should be respectful, attentive, and equal for everyone regardless of language or background. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving communication, professionalism, and inclusivity so all customers feel valued and respected.

  Have always had good services and good tea at this location but today I was shocked. Ordered a large hot TX Chai tea latte, online, ok it was almost closing time and 3 cars ahead of me but when we opened it after pulling out found it to be luke warm and not even a full cup. So, everyone, check your order before you leave the parking lot, especially close to closing time!
