    Bad experience- terrible customer service and you can’t get a take home container of a tea of your choice I was told - which is disappointing. Came by to take home some tea for Fourth of July event and was informed they don’t sell gallons of your chosen flavor only sell their Lemonaide and sweet tea to go apperently.

    I love Hteao, and this location is usually fantastic. I went thru the drive thru today & was asked what I wanted - I repeated multiple times I wanted a 24 oz unsweetened coconut. The lady kept repeating back a large lemonade. Eventually she just asks me to pull forward. I get to the window where she AGAIN said large lemonade & I said no I asked for a 24 oz unsweetened coconut, I also had wanted to order additional items but never received the chance as she immediately turned around and made the order talking over me the entire time. The receipt I received said gabby as my server, I probably won’t be back to this location again. I felt extremely unheard and like I didn’t matter. I didn’t appreciate being spoken over multiple times at all.
