  Today was our first time trying this place, and I had really been craving Mediterranean food, so we decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad we did! The food was delicious. My husband got the lamb sandwich with fries, and I tried a bit, it definitely has a strong flavor, but if you’re a fan of lamb, you’ll love it. I ordered the gyro, and it was so good and full of flavor. The hummus was amazing, and the pita bread came out warm and fresh (on the house!), which made it even better. I’m not sure if the lady helping us was the owner, but she was honestly one of the sweetest people we’ve ever met. She was so kind to my kids and even gave us extra pita and garlic sauce to take home. Sometimes you find great food but the customer service is lacking , not here. The kindness and hospitality made the whole experience even better. We will definitely be back!

  The only thing I don't like about this place is, their food is so good I can't control myself to eat less than I should. Then I'm so uncomfortably full. 😋

  I love this place. I come here multiple nights a week, specifically at night. the food is always great. It’s actually some of the best food that I’ve had in San Antonio.

  Hala Cafe is hands down one of the best Mediterranean restaurants I’ve been to! The food is incredibly fresh, authentic, and packed with amazing flavor. Every dish is made with care, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The hookah is smooth, long-lasting, and one of the best in town. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and perfect for spending time with friends or family. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always makes you feel at home. If you’re looking for delicious Mediterranean food, excellent service, and a great hookah experience, Hala Cafe is the place to be. I highly recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hala Cafe is one of the best spots in San Antonio for authentic Middle Eastern food. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the service is always excellent. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The portions are generous, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Whether you're stopping by for coffee, breakfast, or a full meal, it's a place that's easy to recommend. I'll definitely be coming back and bringing friends and family. Highly recommend!
