  The sorbets are 🔥 so good, fresh, and refreshing. The customer service is always on point too, everyone is super friendly and makes you feel welcome.

  Horrible experience!. Avoid going to this place, there's better ice cream places at a much reasonable price. Purchase sundaes for the family and my wife found a hair in her's. Disgusting!. Never going back!

  The butter pecan ice cream is delish. Sadly, I accidentally dropped my cone! The manager came running over with napkins, helped clean up the mess, and made a new cone for me. Very kind people and fantastic ice cream. Well worth the price.

  I asked to taste one flavor and the lady in the counter was annoyed at my request. I didn’t ask to try multiple flavors, just one. Then I actually bought that flavor and there was a hair in my ice cream. When I told the lady, she had to ask the supervisor if they could change my ice cream or not. Manager agreed apparently not very pleased. Usually when a restaurant is at fault the least they can do is apologize, but not them, they were annoyed because I wanted hairless ice cream! Couldn’t even give me napkins.

  - way to expensive for a tiny cup - quantity was very little for $6 - ice-cream was too loose/soft - I would not eat Haagen Daaz at this mall for cost, quality and quanity.
