  Very big Heb can be a little overwhelming if your not used to big supermarkets but this H.e.b is different major cooking appliance and wider selection of food more ingredients for cooking Chinese.,Thai, and Indian cuisine so a good place to try avoid crowds early later in the day its packed

  Our cashier on Sunday, October 18 was named Pam, and she was truly one of the friendliest checkout employees I have ever encountered. She was charming, courteous, and all the while expedient in the checkout process. We were in and out of her aisle and on our way with smiles on our faces before we truly knew what happened. 5 stars for Pam. As for the rolling tamale stand with the mic'ed up employee...there weren't any spicy pork options in her cart or on the shelf. To be aggressive with your tamale sales tactics but not aggressive on flavor? Shame.

  They should really stop giving random companies' sales people the space to harass customers when they're walking into & out of the stores and shopping. It's rude to do to your paying customers. Nobody likes it! This has been happening at this location for far too long. The peopke at HEB deciding to do this need to understand that this is incredibly disrespectful. It doesn't seem like they get it because no change has been made and I can't be the only one who has complained.

  Personally I love HEB. The employees here are helpful. The vibes are definitely different than the HEB Plus at bandera 1604 though. Parking at this location always feels cramped and I frequently have encounters with totally unhinged individuals having emotional meltdowns or aggressive outbursts in the parking lot while just trying to walk into the store. I don’t feel safe when walking between my vehicle and the store because of the robberies and shootings that have happened in this parking lot. I find it frustrating that they just stop carrying stuff with zero explanation. Example room temperature peppered salami from boars head. I just wanna buy my cured meats at room temp right off the shelf. Also lil landjaeger sausages. The cattleman’s cut ones they replaced them with totally suck. Also they don’t stock nearly enough raspberry hibiscus kombucha. Stock double. Trust me- I’m gonna buy all of it 😂

  I absolutely love this location of H-E-B plus! It’s huge, incredibly well-stocked, and has such an amazing selection that grocery shopping somehow turns into an entire outing!! The store is always clean + organized, and I’m consistently impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are. One of my favorite things about H-E-B is the variety of Texas products & H-E-B exclusives you can find throughout the store. This location has so much to browse, from groceries + fresh foods to household items and everything in between. The produce selection is great, the store is easy to navigate despite its size, and I can almost always find exactly what I’m looking for. This is such a great H-E-B location and it’s definitely one of those places that makes living in Texas even better!!
