  HEB PLUS is slipping with their customer service standards. I called 4100 south New Braunfels Ave store because something rang up wrong on my receipt & all I got was the run around. Being bounced around on the phone and actually never got to speak to anyone who could or even wanted to help resolve their mistake on prices. It’s a shame with how much money we spend at establishment & to get crappy customer service is just sad.

  Customer service varies between finding an employee who cares or if you've interrupted their screen time while they blankly stare at their phone the the self checkout line. Everything is covered in a sticky residue that has collected its own exoskeleton from the assortment of products that dust over the checkout scanners. At other locations, I see care and intention put into each checkout aisle. The dairy section is growing science projects in the shelves with an assortment of colored molds unless the whole milk shelf also stores fruit punch, based off the evidence of red slime. I don't know how this major company allows stores to fall due to lack in leadership, I'm convinced that passing code /inspections is overlooked. It doesn't take much to notice the sticky surfaces on checkout stations & the collection of crumbs that the crevices at checkout. I give 2 stars because do see some employees who care but its not guaranteed to see a smile or even eye contact.

  I stopped to put gas at pump canceled my pump because I parked on the wrong side and there was long line behind me so again I canceled my transaction tell me why they took 150$ out my account and it will take 48-72 hours for me to get MY money back fyi dont pay at pumps pay at window heb taking money out accounts 😒😬

  I really appreciated how easy and stress free the entire process was. Everything moved quickly, the staff communicated clearly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and professional. It is refreshing to find a place that values customer experience this much.

  The best HEB in the area, very clean and always well stocked, they also have a lot niche stuff that you can't find at a lot of other HEBs, this one also has an actual meat counter, where you can get specific cuts as well as a variety of other specialties they make themselves. The bathrooms are also very clean and smell nice. 10/10
