  I have used this pharmacy for years, and until recently I had always been satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my doctor sent in the wrong prescription, and while I understand the doctor shares responsibility, I believe the pharmacy also had an opportunity to verify the medication before filling it. What was most disappointing was the lack of willingness to help resolve the situation. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I simply wanted to exchange the unopened prescription for the correct medication. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, I felt dismissed and that no responsibility was taken on their part. Customer service should be about helping patients when issues arise, not just processing transactions. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this pharmacy.

  It does t matter when I go here, it is ALWAYS packed. I dont understand the hype but I don't have a big choice to go to another grocery store. I will say there are good options s for fresh vegetables.

  Store is clean, selection is awesome, and check out is decent. However, the parking is awful!! I do curbside, it’s way easier than looking for available parking.

  I was waiting outside near the carts for the rest of my party when a security guard pointed out that a cart associate was coming through. I immediately said, “Oh, sorry,” grabbed my bag, and started moving out of the way. Despite already moving, the cart associate began loudly yelling at me in Spanish to move. I responded, “Bruh, I’m already moving, calm down,” but he continued shouting. The interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive, especially since I had already acknowledged him and moved aside. What made the situation even stranger was what happened afterward. As I was walking back toward the parking lot, the security guard followed me and started telling me stories about how he personally got customers banned from H-E-B after incidents involving the same associate. He claimed he had taken photos of a customer’s vehicle and license plate after the customer gave the associate the middle finger and that the person was banned from “every H-E-B.” It felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear a security guard bragging about that to a customer. The security guard then continued walking in my direction and seemed interested in seeing which vehicle my party was in. At one point, he also told my friend that the associate was deaf, which only raised more questions given the circumstances. I don’t live in San Antonio and don’t normally shop at this location, but the interaction was so bizarre and uncomfortable that I’m still thinking about it days later. This happened around 10 PM on Saturday night. The inside of the store was nice, but the outdoor staff interaction left a very negative impression. I honestly was being pretty meek to the security during the interaction bcs it sounded kind of threatening when he was laughing about banning people from “ every HEB in the world” and making me shake his hand. i know the company has no authority over the security guards, but the security mentioning it’s a repeating story of the associate and him, and these interaction is off putting for me. i feel bad if you got banned over something like this.
