- KSkaitlyn s2 days ago1.0Ordered from This heb instead of the one at blanco because blanco kept giving me half rotten fruits and veggies and substitutions that made no sense so this morning I went for my pick up order this morning and the lady (the extra large one with dark hair)threw all my stuff in the car to where she damaged almost all my coffee cans (they are sturdy cans) (also big dents not little dents like botulism bent in half dents) and slammed my door extremely hard whos running ts theres issues with every order these days and I consistently spend 2-4 thousands monthly here what is wrong with yall walmart is even sounding more appealing at this point(will attach a example)

Curbside is pretty fast 90% of the time, just make sure you really do say you're "on the way" in the app, a good 15-20 minutes before you arrive. Great shoppers in store for the curbside. Love my heb!

Bring cash because their POS (point of sale) systems freeze and crash. They invest in commercials and real estate but not so much into tech.
