- BNBritt Nichole4 days ago1.0I dont understand why Curbside at this location takes so much longer than any other. Ive waited an entire hour before and not during peak hours. I have seen at least 10 different people coming in and out so its not a staffing shortage. This location needs to work on their timing. I come every 2 weeks at varying times and no change.
- IIIAOct 6, 20261.0Terrible. Don’t get into any incidents here with HEB (vehicle damaged by an associate accidentally). Complete disappointment in the way HEB corporate and store level handle these situations. I expected so much more from an HEB as a Texas resident. Will no longer be shopping here and will be filing proper complaints and reviews on the issue.
- HJHADRE JRSep 30, 20262.0Because HEB seems to be a monopoly here in SA we really have no other choice…Lately we’ve gotten expired food, missing items, wrong items, why do they put one item per bag when we pick up an order curbside? My wife purchased some rotisserie chicken salad and it was awful, rubbery and honesty looked and tasted fake. The deli people need to be trained better as well. We have also noticed they are getting rid of or hiding some branded products and replacing it with HEB items which can be subpar…really wish we had another option here in SA.
- KKKatSep 19, 20261.0I shop here occasionally on weekends, and unfortunately, nearly every time I visit, I see dogs in the store that do not appear to be service animals. I’ve already brought this concern to the store manager, but the issue continues. I understand that legitimate service animals are permitted, but allowing non-service dogs inside a grocery store raises legitimate sanitation and food-safety concerns. I hope management will take this issue more seriously and consistently enforce the store’s policy.
- KAKha & AnnaSep 11, 20265.0Ali is hands down my favorite cashier! He is always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes every visit a great experience. No matter how busy it is, he always has a positive attitude, a smile on his face, and takes the time to make you feel appreciated as a customer. It’s gotten to the point where I’m always happy when I see Ali working because I know I’m going to get amazing service. Employees like him are what keep customers coming back. He is truly an asset to the team and absolutely deserves to be recognized for the excellent customer service he consistently provides. Thank you, Ali, for always making my day a little brighter!
