  Cleane, helpful, very busy, but in a well being way. Plenty of parking. Handy cap parking on both sides and in front. Clean bathrooms. What it should be. Thank yall.

  I had a disappointing experience with the beer and wine manager her name was Heather . I found her to be dismissive when I asked for assistance, and my concerns were not addressed in a professional manner. Customer service is an important part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately, this interaction fell short of expectations!! I will be contacting corporate office for her Behavior!!! She was also on her phone I had to get her attention twice Poor behavior and poor management skills!!

  During my visit, the beer and wine manager - Heather was unhelpful and appeared uninterested in assisting customers. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I hope management addresses these customer service issues. If I could I would give ZERO STARS.

  We frequently get curbside pickup from this location and everything almost always goes well. Today was over-the-top though as Rob went above-and-beyond in offering to substitute for the one item (ice cream) that was out of stock.

  I had to leave a review because Grayson from the meat market at the HEB on Blanco & 1604 truly went above and beyond. I asked him about an item while he was clearly busy cleaning and closing down the department, and I specifically told him not to worry and that I only needed directions. I couldn’t find it and continued shopping, assuming it just wasn’t available. About 10 minutes later, all the way across the store, Grayson somehow found the item himself and actually came looking for me just to bring it to me. Then I casually asked about fresh packaged chicharrones and again told him not to worry. Later, in a completely different aisle, he found me AGAIN because he had gone searching for those too. When I thanked him and told him he had gone above and beyond, he humbly said, “I’m simply doing my job.” I told him no. Doing your job is pointing someone to an aisle. What Grayson did was much more than that. Many people are kind and do a good job, but Grayson was humble, caring, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. HEB already has great customer service, but Grayson restored my trust in HEB. Thank you, HEB, for hiring an exceptional partner. Grayson, I’ll remember your kindness forever.
