  Look here. You come to this HEB expecting that legendary Texas hospitality, that bright-eyed "Howdy, neighbor" spirit, but instead, you step straight into an indoor aviary meets a drainage ditch. First off, let’s talk about the ambiance, because walking through those doors feels less like entering a grocery store and more like breaching an active health code violation. The whole place smells like a mixture of damp cardboard, mystery mop water, and crushed dreams. And forget about peaceful shopping—you’ve got grackles and sparrows treating the produce section like their own personal Nashville showcase, dive-bombing the bananas and leaving souvenirs all over the display tables. It’s an ecosystem in there, just not one designed for human consumption. Then you get to the checkout. You’ve just unloaded a cart full of heavy goods, watching items pile up while the cashier looks at you like you inconvenienced their entire ancestral line just by showing up. You stand there, waiting for that signature Texas courtesy where someone actually loads your cart for you, but no. They bag your groceries, shove them down the chute, and stare at you blankly like you’re supposed to start hauling timber. You’re left standing there sweating over a mountain of plastic bags, blocking the lane while the cashier glares at your ankles. If I wanted to dodge wildlife and do heavy lifting, I’d go camping. I go to the grocery store to buy milk, not to audition for Survivor: Parking Lot Edition. Do better.

  I stop by HEB and had to deal with an very unprofessional employee Alex A. As an elderly person it is very difficult to deal with disrespectful employees. I had spoken to the front area manager Mangu in regards to a small return. I have notice that there HEB employees have been very rude to there paying customers more so the elderly people. It's a shame to have to interact with such disrespectful employees. HEB Butt owner should be more involved with the way the employees are treating his paying customers. I will be grocery shopping moving forward at traders Joe or Target. I did not receive any help from Mangu front Mgr.

  This south flos pizza is amazing, they have good customer service, they handle my pizza so well and they are so nice and lovely people especially the associate named Eli they where amazing, they were so friendly and honestly made me day with how they ask how my day was and everything!! Would come back 100% for more pizzas!!!

  Very professional and friendly staff helped with locating items. Note I'm not from this area (San Antonio) so was definitely not familiar with the store and I was somewhat in a hurry, with an autistic child time is of the essence lol. Wish we had this store back up north in Wichita Falls!!
