I hardly go to that HEB but we had place a large order for retreat and I talked to her ahead of time and she was clear and helpful and she answered all of my questions. When we received our order, everything was delicious. Thank you Sophi for your amazing service. I will definitely be coming back to visit.

This time around I had previously ordered a cake for a birthday on Wednesday, and later in the week another cake for a birthday on Saturday - totally different designs and flavors ordered. However, they ended up just making the cake that was previously ordered from Wednesday? Unfortunately I had my MIL pick up the cake and didn’t know there was an issue till she arrived home. Not to mention that the writing is very thick and sloppy.
- AGAyesha GhafoorSep 27, 20265.0LOVED my experience at the flower department today 🤭 Lina was so helpful I wanted to make a purple bouquet for a friend of mine she helped me pick out cute flowers to compliment the roses, I was being indecisive at first picking flowers but she was very sweet and patient, I also went and picked out a few chocolates and cosmetics to stick in the bouquet and she suggested I get skewers to help stick them in and she helped me set up the most prettiest bouquet!!! I was in a bit of a rush but it turned out beautiful and I was very grateful for the help Lina provided! Such a sweet girl 👏 probably the best experience I’ve had at an heb flower department
