- DDdani6 days ago3.0I usually love this HEB. It is my HEB. However, I’ve been encountering increasingly rude workers. The bagger that I had today, Emma, maintained a dirty look on her face the entire time. She looked at us rudely and was incredibly rough with our groceries, almost breaking our eggs and spilling a drink we had brought. I know the standard that HEB sets and it is not being met by some of these new hires.

No where to be found. Gave up and went to HEB to get dinner and decided to just take a stroll down the toy section to see by chance if they had anything else that my daughter may like. As Im browsing, Miss Jasmine with the exceptional customer service hit me with the “ can I help you find anything?” And she found me exactly what I was looking for and more! Made my day and my daughter’s bday! Thank you 1000 times Jasmine and HEB!
