I prefer it to the HEB at Culebra as those who handle customer bill payments, money orders and other activities outside of pharmacy and grocery were not helpful or kind and we frequent the location. Now we will travel just a little further to take advantage of the great customer service at Alamo Ranch. All HEBs are not the same.

The interaction felt unwelcoming, and it seemed as though we were expected to figure out on our own when it was time to pay. A simple greeting and clearer communication would have made for a much better customer experience.

I drove back to retain the items and was told that they were placed in the cart amd that it left the premises. Even the young lady bagging the items said the items were forgotten the managers still had the audacity to see we left with it . HEB just lost a family of customers . We are not liars are thieves and I hate making a fuss but its the principle
