Called the store they said they didn’t have to do it anymore! 🥴 what an absolute joke, I worked for #41 on Potranco I would’ve gotten yelled at and talked to in the office if I had ever refused to push through a single $4 coupon. Ridiculous that I had to talk to 2 different managers for a coupon!! HEB is an absolute joke this is exactly why I left this stupid store they always change policies every month there’s something new. All she had to do was push through a $4 coupon!! I did it SOO MANY TIMES AT MY STORE. The AMOUNT of people that I pushed coupons through for was ridiculous only because my managers didn’t want to deal with it and now I have to go through 3 different people for a coupon! I WISH they were like this when I worked there. Incident happened June 13th closing manager and cashier Sannayah v or something like that. Blonde hair. Gave me the HARDEST time over FOUR DOLLARS. Now the customer service office isn’t open till Monday and I have to wait 2 days to report this incident?? MyGOSH! Yall have become very very shit and I will NEVER come back here again. I’d rather risk my life at Walmart than deal with yalls mess ever again.

But when she spoke to Inez at this location, Inez not only took the time to explain their process but she had my mom laughing and my mom went ahead and placed her order. Thank you so much for taking the time to speak to her and explain your process.
