Cake was very dry and was under weight. We brought this concern and took it over to the manager - the manager name Jerrica and mike were beyond helpful, they made time from their busy schedule to hear our concerns, not only that they came with a resolution where they left a room for their customer for revisiting. Thank you very much! - We are very thankful that we were able to take our concern and both manager listen and resolved the issues.
