  Horrible customer service stepped away from my cart for a second and came back to items thrown in my basket and items missing and associate being extremely rude for I shouldn’t have walked away from the cart then comes back to give me some items back I left cart and left the store never had I ever been treated so poorly here won’t be coming back. Do better with customer service

  Went in to grab less than 15 items saw they had a deal on tuna salad free crackers. I tried to check out in self check out 4 39pm computer froze when when I scanned the coupon so they moved me to the 25it3ms check out where this girl helped me out but she didnt really help because after she scanned my items the total was 15$ more I asked her she seemed annoyed so she dismissed me, then computer froze on her again. So after waiting for them to reboot they tried it again and froze. Then at that point they told me to get in a regular line. ... I just checked out at 4:58. 20 minutes to check out and guess what the lady did almost over charge me cause in the regular line the price was the original price I had in self check out. I asked Jen if she could check me out since I had already waited so ling. She said she was the only manager. But I saw two more managers at the front. Overall terrible.

  I had ordered curbside for pick up at 830 pm I got there at 850 I messaged heb and they said they were coming out soon I ended up waiting there til 930 I finally went inside to ask for my order I went to the team lead name shandra or Sandra and I said yes I been waiting for my curbside order since 850 and she just turned around and told another employee something and he looked at me and took me to another employee and he said they should have texted me saying they closed at 9 but mind you I been waiting there since 850 then they guy proceeds to tell me they will refund me my money tonight but when I checked I still had no refund then I asked for the team leads last name and the other team lead name abel said she didn't have a last name it was just Sandra I dont know why this location is so rude and ugly to their customers but this location needs more respectable workers especially for us mothers that come late after work to try n get groceries before going home heb is suppose to be liable and this location has been the worst since I moved out here do better heb 🤦‍♀️
