  A horrific experience that left me utterly degraded. I suffered a severe, panic-inducing personal crisis where I urgently needed a restroom and physically could not hold it any longer. I understand maintenance happens, but what followed was pure cruelty. Rather than extending basic human empathy or helping me find a safe solution, the manager and staff cold-heartedly ejected me onto the street, forcing me to walk in agonizing distress while struggling to retain my dignity. They treated me like a nuisance rather than a helpless human being in desperate need. This location is not just unreliable, it is entirely devoid of basic compassion.

  Ya need to put another set of restrooms 10 to 15min wait is absolutely believable especially when you have 2 people cleaning it and also there's a pregnant 🤰 woman waiting that long....

  I was buying groceries for dinner tonight I had two employees from HEB approach me to tell me that I did not pay for my groceries when the lights at flicker I told them are you sure that I did not pay for my groceries I asked them are you accusing me of stealing from HEB before they got to me they were behind me yelling and screaming when they got in front of me then I saw them both I thought that they were going to throw me on the ground and call the police I am a senior citizen that shop at this HEB for over 20 years so I got very upset and asked them both to walk with me to the cashier where I have paid for my bill I asked for a manager so I could talk to her and let her know what the problem was this is my neighborhood that I shop at I was very embarrassed at HEB today they're accusing me of stealing when I was not we went to talk to the cashier she said yes I have paid for my groceries after that I pulled out my wallet and show them both my receipt I told them both they should be embarrassed of what they did today to me...

  Their regular flour tortillas are horrible! Wrinkled edges, tasteless. But they are selling for a bit less until the price goes up for these horrible, tasteless, and horrible again ... wrinkled edges tortillas.
