- SASabrina AlvarezJun 29, 20263.0NOT the HEB to grab a prepared meal. Sushi basically only had raw sushi, no soup section and the hot meal area only had whole chickens no burritos, fries.

She went above and beyond to listen to my frustration and made every effort to resolve the issue. I explained that I had traveled from Houston to San Antonio for the weekend to take my autistic daughters to the amusement park and purchase groceries. Unfortunately, the hotel refrigerator unexpectedly went out, causing my groceries to get damaged. Mika not only showed compassion for my situation but also promptly arranged for a courtesy re-shop. I am incredibly thankful for her assistance.
