- NPNoe PenaSep 30, 20261.0All real Texan people know about HEB store is one of the best grocery, produce and chain food larger in Texas and I love to buy some kind of food in HEB store but this location particularly is not my favorite because I'm living in 3 blocks from my favorite one but I go there because the grill chicken. The flaming bird area is my favorite but a couple months ago there's a rude, unfriendly and racist woman called Paula that always attend me in that rude, unfriendly and serving me very low portions of food telling me that it is what is when long time ago I was being attended by good employees of this area that served me in generous portions and don't complain about nothing because they are following the rule of their manager "client is first" and two days ago I brought my grandma to buy her vegetables and I went to buy a grilled chicken when suddenly that woman was yelling at my grandma that she will serve only the amount of this and no more and we had to leave immediately that store. It's sad to say but I won't back to buy grilled chicken again if that woman is attending that area. And very probably some HEB multimedia employee will answer me this comment as "We're apologize with the inconvenience, please call this number" but sorry, I won't do it and I let this comment behalf of all people who had bad experience with employees of this store waiting for the real quality service that HEB deserve it as an important Texan food company. Asked if they offered it through the VA’s Community Care and met with exceptional care by staff members Lauren and Alex. After filling out a short questionnaire, I was on my way in about 10 minutes. Awesome experience by people that showed and treated me with respect. 5 Stars!!
