  Store people doesn’t have common sense they don’t treat customers with respect. Train the employees properly before they start working . I hate these kind of rude behaviors.

  We shop at H-E-B two to three times a week, and one of my daughter’s favorite parts of every trip is using the Buddy Bucks machine before we leave. She is 4 years old, and while this may seem like a small thing, these are the memories we cherish as a family because she won’t be little forever. Unfortunately, the machine is often out of service, and whenever we bring it up to customer service or a manager, it feels like no one really cares. This may not mean much to others, but it means a lot to our family. I just wish there was more effort made to keep this special experience available for the kids who look forward to it.

  This HEB doesn't restock American Spirit tobacco (not packs) and they're losing at least $100/month from each customer that would be buying it from here if they did since HEB is virtually the only place that you can buy it from. I spoke with the manager years ago at this store and convinced the manager to start keeping it stocked up so I could buy it regularly there, bc I had no alternative place to get it. They did start staying on top of it, and I bought plenty of it here, as did many others. Actually not long after that they had a hard time keeping it in stock anyway because it sells quickly. Unfortunately, I think that led their purchaser to expand into a bunch of other roll-your-own tobacco products which don't sell, judging by the never changing quantities of their shelf displays. Meanwhile the one that sold very well (American Spirit) never gets reordered because now it is just one of a whole shelf full of stuff that is always full (except for the narrow space where the one that does sell goes but is now entirely missing). I guess someone noticed all of the tobacco pouches don't sell, never realizing one of the many options actually does sell very well, and their purchaser got them into 3 or 4 bad alternatives that are cheaper and likely have higher margins, but don't sell. If you didn't know this one shelf intimately then I can see why it would easily be overlooked, but if someone tries to talk to the manager about it and feels dismissed, then they will never actually find out why that particular shelf was ever even stocked with products that don't sell in the first place. Maybe though, some manager will happen across a bad review somewhere and gain some elucidation as to why all of this is and about how it got that way (and this time listen rather than dismiss). They used to know how to reorder stuff that sold, but I guess that is not as fashionabke as it once was. More stars when I can get my tobacco with my groceries instead of having a scavenger hunt every time I run out of tobacco. If you look at the American Spirit pouch sales from just after you ordered it the last time I am sure you will find it sold out quickly, and that was months ago now, so stop being recalcitrant and just order more and maybe throw away all the bs that is wasting space on your shelf rn (aka all other tobacco pouches except Bugler).   It's nice place but Sometimes just loosing money with some items And carts is very small also check out place guy's are Rude they don't take care of our grocery like tomatoes vegetables they don't put it in defiance bags trying to save bags they think they give as free everything anyway this summer don't West your money on the watermelon s In the HEB
