- MLMia Loudermilk3 days ago2.0I’m tired of being charged for something I didn’t buy, or charged 3 times for one product. Its ridiculous, what the cashiers are doing. This happened to us, at the Stone Oak, Wilderness Oak HEB, between July and today August 19. I can’t imagine how many money they are “stealing” if this happens to every single customer. My advice, count the items you have, and check the bill for the total items you are charged while you are still in the store, if the numbers doesn’t match something was extra charged. I was doubting about posting this, but I really tired to deal with this situation almost every time that we go to HEB. Two stars because they refunded the money , but the hassle to return to the store to get the refund is getting annoying, we are wasting time and gas.

Over a small Yorky terrier dog that me and my Daughter didn’t wanna leave in the car with the heat. Not once, but twice he had to point out things to make us feel stupid like the sign outside the store And how a dog was sitting where they put food in the front seat of the basket where also children’s sit. While there was a lizard running through the fruit at the store that he should’ve been more aware of, and I got a video on. I find it sad how many people lack manners and people skills.
