Also, the deli… when I order my deli meat, the consistency of the way it’s cut different every order. It’s like there’s an issue because I’m requesting my meat, that I have to eat, cut a certain way. Why do you guys offer that option? I order the same thing, the saand it never fails. It’s not what I requested. Also I receive items that I did not order nor was it on the receipt how?

Recently they started showing up tough, brittle and apparently overcooked. They are awful, and I check them almost every day hoping for the old delicious chewy and fresh cookies of old.
