- SRsarah roseOct 22, 20261.0HEB at 211 and potranco! I am so tierd of spending $$ and getting rotten food at HEB. About a month ago I bought prepackaged onions, same thing rotten bundles. Do you know how long it takes for onions and potatoes to go bad?! A long time... stop it HEB. Beware customers buying HEBs prepackaged potatoes and onions! Im sure there's more bundles of rotten deals waiting you at HEB. BEWARE.

Several times I have put in an order and then an hour before it is delivered (past the window for modifications) I am notified that items were removed because they are "0ut of Stock". No attempt to substitute at all so I end up having to go into the store. Last time that happened I found the out of stock items sitting on the shelf! I'm over it. This time I called and waited on hold for 18 minutes for someone to talk to me and they offered to go look and see if there was another option on the shelf. I'm not sure why they aren't substituting items when it is already requested in the app for them to do that.

If anything had occurred I would have sued HEB. Several employees saw it and did nothing. Just so you know I love dogs but would NEVER bring them to grocery store.
