I had a very disappointing experience at the self-checkout tonight. The young employee working there had a very unpleasant attitude. I scanned all of my items myself, as required. Toward the end, she asked me if I had scanned my drinks. She looked visibly annoyed and also complained that I had too many items that required her to come over multiple times to enter her code

This is a great HEB all the partners are extremely helpful. My bagger helped me to my vehicle and offered to help with my groceries at my vehicle. I am extremely thankful to the young man Javi who was a great help I really needed it today, his customer service is exceptional 👌

YARI the cashier was more invested in her convo with the bagger than providing any customer service. Must have been juicy.

Came in on 9/12/2026 and placed a customer cake order for my daughter birthday on 9/15/2026. Basic, Hello Kitty cake with strawberry frosting easy enough, guess again. My wife and I come to pick up the cake at 4:40pm and they tell me the cake was never made and the excuse they give is because I put in the order to early in the day on 9/12…in what world does that make sense. So instead of just making the cake I requested from scratch they lady said “ I can take one of the strawberry cakes we made today and put the design on top. Unfortunately I had to take the cake because by this time it’s 5pm and birthday party is in 2 hours. NEVER USING H-E-B BAKERY AGAIN
