- RRR (RG)2 days ago3.0I have been coming to this HEB for about 30 years and my favorite cashier is Joyce! However I had a not so great experience with cashier Isabel P. She needs some re-training in customer service and handling stressful situations. She was overwhelmed and rude even though the store was not very busy. She was slamming my items around as she bagged. Her haste caused a discrepancy, and my coupon was not properly scanned, which resulted in a higher total for me to pay as a result of her negligence! Hopefully Isabel learns to ask for help from leadership instead of taking frustration out on the customers!
