if i was a bagger, key word IF, i would definitely bag eggs in their own bag, and make visible, since you know, they are fragile. i couldn’t find any eggs when i was loading my groceries into my car, so i went back inside to ask to inform the cashier i couldn’t find my eggs, who gave no effort to ask anyone or look around and said there were no eggs there, i say okay thank you, i go on back to my car to go home and hope my eggs are broken cause i don’t know where they might be in my car, as i am unloading my groceries i continue to look for my eggs, and i found zero eggs. i would like my eggs please.

There is an extremely dishoveled looking lady that usually works at the gas station as a cashier. She worked there for a long time because I've gotten gas from her. Well, she used the restroom in-store on May 6, 2026 approx 8:25a-8:35a. She dropped used tissue in the corner on the floor of the stall that she was in. I know this because I was in the stall next to her, I exited first and washed my hands and as I was drying them, she came out of the stall and DID NOT wash her hands, then just walked out if the restroom and exited the store, I'm sure to walk back to the gas station across the lot. I was in disbelief to see the person was an HEB employee and had no shame that someone watched them make a conscious choice to be unclean. Super gross, unsanitary, and plain unacceptable. Whether she works with food or not, you can still spread germs to customers via lottery tickets, gum, and other items sold at the gas station. She obviously carries herself with low standards and ALL HEB employees should wash their hands no matter what departments they work at. Please remind staff of the importance of doing so.

Like always, spectacular at HEB. I don't know how they do their hiring practices. But I seem to always have very good luck
