  I normally love my Alon HEB, but today got this grilled her chicken breast container (2 count). Got home and don’t see a single chicken breast. It’s just small pieces of chicken, almost like nuggets. Their meal simples have been declining but this is little much.

  For many years, my family and I have been making appointments at the pharmacy for our annual shots. This is the first year that we waited way past our appointment times to be seen. Then, the technician only brought in 1 shot!! I asked him why he didn’t bring in the other injection for my other family member. He said he didn’t know anything about it!! He checked and came back with the injection. What’s the point of making appointments? Come on HEB, do better!!!

  Very disappointing experience at H-E-B Alon Market. I purchased what was sold as a dozen roses, but when I got home, I discovered that the bouquet contained only 10 roses instead of 12. To make matters worse, the roses were not even in good condition. When you pay for a dozen roses, you should receive a dozen—not 10. And customers should be able to expect fresh flowers, especially from a store like H-E-B. I have always expected a much higher standard from H-E-B, which made this experience particularly disappointing. The floral department needs to pay closer attention to both the quantity and quality of the flowers being sold.

  I love this heb they have alot of stuff. A bakery they put effort into the cakes and pizza made fresh everyday. They have a soup bar so delicious and hot. Sushi Wednesday they are cheaper.They are very clean and organized friendly people. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
