This is the perfect size cart for the Del Rio Heb. They have these big carts that congest traffic over at the Del Rio Heb.

Outstanding Customer Service, Compassion, and Convenient Curbside Service! I cannot say enough good things about the H-E-B Marketplace pharmacy. My dog had just been hit by a car, received treatment at the veterinary clinic, and been discharged with a prescription he needed. After a very stressful and emotional evening, I was trying to get his medication filled as quickly as possible, and I arrived close to closing time. After a frustrating experience elsewhere, H-E-B was an absolute breath of fresh air. Even though I came in close to closing, the pharmacy staff were kind, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. They filled my dog’s prescription promptly and treated me with the patience and understanding I desperately needed in that moment. I understand that pharmacies get busy and have closing times, and I never expect special treatment. But kindness and compassion make such a difference, especially when someone is already going through a difficult situation. The H-E-B pharmacy team demonstrated exactly what excellent customer service should look like. I also want to give a shout-out to the curbside service at this location! It has been a great experience as well, making shopping and picking up what I need convenient and stress-free. Between the excellent pharmacy staff and reliable curbside service, this H-E-B consistently delivers a positive customer experience. I am incredibly grateful for how the pharmacy team handled the situation and for making a stressful evening a little easier. Thank you to the H-E-B team for your professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness. You made a difficult day better, and I will absolutely continue choosing this location!

The one star is too good for the deli department.... Asked the guy there a very simple question: what kind of meat is carnitas? He told me he didn't know. Huh? He works in the deli and he doesn't know what he's serving?? He's no rookie either, I've seen him there for years! He had to ask the other lady at deli what "carnitas" was. The other deli lady responded right away: "it's pork". I was waiting in line for almost 10 minutes just to ask them that question..... The deli department really sucks! They make you wait forever, just to get an attitude with an "I don't know" answer.... I immediately reported him to the manager. Who knows if the manager did anything about it?? Disappointing! 🧐

Love my H-E-B. Lately I've been having problems with the jalapeño popper dip but they always grant me a free one. Love the staff and the customer service.
