- RProbin pina3 days ago3.0If I could visit another HEB I would. The staff are all helpful and nice however if you’re going here for a quick stop in I suggest taking the drive to another location. It’s always so packed no matter what time you go…. And then the curbside employees leave thier carts in the middle of the aisle and dont move it if they see you coming with a basket… they constantly block the aisles and sometimes leave them unattended. And sometime ago, they discontinued selling plants however they do sell soil 🤷♀️. This place is just a mess.

Won’t ever buy bakery items from this HEB again. So disappointing. The young lady at the register named Ava was great, pleasant and had a great attitude!

Called the store and was transferred 5 times only to be told I can’t be refunded and I have to go back to the store myself to pick it up. Delivery isn’t an option. I was also hung up on.

Just finished a 12 hour shift at Amazon took a $35 to get to H-E-B just so I can get the flaming bird and they’re saying I have to wait 15 minutes till they’re ready. Aren’t those the birds on the table? I guess I have to wait as long as I gotta wait. Worst of all I tried to get the managers attention and they completely ignore me. There isn’t a single manager that gives a damn about this place. Worst of all, they still served other people before they served me. How crazy is that?
