  When I picked up my curbside order today as I observed how hard the ladies were working I was so impressed with how quick and fast my order was brought out to me but this young lady organized and put all my fragile items in a safe spot in the back of my vehicle. Ladies Im.so impressed how yall work hard as a team and are each other's cheerleaders. Ill be in my vehicle cheering yall on if I do another curbside pickup in the future. 😊 Hopefully A SHOUTOUT will.be announced on the intercom for all the ladies hustling hard at work doing curbside orders.

  I have ordered curbside numerous times and something is always off with the order. This time the eggs were open and missing one, I feel as though they give the curbside customers the stuff that no one wants. Groceries are already expensive enough.

  I come every Thursday or Friday morning and it never fails that something happens .. today I went through a check out lane, I always place my bags first because I do have a freezer bag and reusable bags. Tell me why the lady bagging chunks everything into one bag including eggs and cleaner, doesn't use the freezer bag for the cold items(And they are all HEB bags), and along with all of this when she was finished she LITERALLY rolled my watermelon to me for me to grab it and walked off! 🙄🙄🙄 I find that so rude! She needs to be retrained or something because she was rude, mixed food and chemicals, and had absolutely no common sense. What sucks even more is I had to stop at a closed lane and rebag everything because all my cheeses were being squished by a pack of rebull. I hate starting my day off with people who are lazy.

  Worst store EVER. I wanted to returned some pills and I was told no since I have too many returns. The attitude the store manager gave me and the front desk manager was not acceptable. My dad passed away and even show them pictures of my personal problems and they’re like no we can’t. I have filed a complaint to corporate office and they’ll check my return records. I was also told to get some one else to return it for me but to be honest I don’t think I’ll need to do that. I don’t steal and I’m a honest person and I don’t have to do that just cause they don’t believe me. HEB YOU FAILED ME. Now I know why my daughter hates HEB. Steve your attitude was not good enough to be a store manager. You’ll need a little sympathy.
