La Vernia HEB is 2nd closest to me sheesh the drive! Come on HEB do better. All this HEB gets is a new gas station? Make it make sense.

- ARAustin RayJun 3, 20261.0Terrible store terrible management..I love HEB but this particular location needs to be evaluated by higher up HEB officials… so i had a issue a few days(5-29-26) ago with tap and after a short time the issue was resolved by threatening me with security and asked me to leave after the store taking $51.33(17.33 three times)from my account after that failed intimidation they threatened to call the police and have me trespassed after I asked why HEB would trespass me what have I done?? I decided to wait for the police so I can have record of the incident for my records….when police arrived they talked to us and honestly was the most professional and helpful part to the situation ….the incident was managed very poorly and unlike the HEB I have grown to love and hold dear to my heart since moving here from California almost 3 years ago…. Fast forward to today (6-3-26)the money was taking out of my account today so I went up to this location and asked to speak with the manager from that day…the manager that was dealing with the issue that day came out looked at me and started talking to a group of employees circled in the front then walked away another employee come up and said he could help me..but then proceeded to not have any information or act like he wanted to talk to me… someone really needs to evaluate the management here at this location…
