- JBJonny BecerraOct 21, 20262.0I have been going to this HEB for almost two years now without a problem everyone is usually super welcoming and nice but today Samantha, at the self checkout I mistakenly put the wrong size fruit and I asked the lady to correct it for me and she started pawing through my bags and even knocked over my sushi to get to the pomegranate (I’m not sure why she had to touch my items in order to correct the problem on the machine but I digress) and then about a minute later she accused me of not scanning the correct amount of another item which I then showed her I clearly did scan them and I could feel her staring at me the whole time making my experience super uncomfortable. I completely understand being treated with suspicion if I was just throwing items in my bag but I had only made a small mistake on the size. I also work at another HEB location and I know this is not protocol and she can see the items that I am scanning on her handheld device so I’m not sure why she had to paw through my bags and accuse me of stealing if she could just pay a little more attention when doing her job.

Leaving the water bottles out in the sun then they place them in their coolers by the gas pumps. When will these companies really start caring about their own customers that made them what they are now.
