- SLShelley Larson6 days ago1.0I have been shopping this store for more than 20 years and have enjoyed, they're delivery service & curbside pickup for probably almost 8 or 9 years. Often I have been quite impressed with the quality of meat and produce. That gets delivered to my home. I felt as though the pickers of our produce and meat have done their job well. However, over the past 18 months. I have received several deliveries that had obvious mistakes. Left out items from my order substituted items that make no sense for a substitute. Yesterday I placed an order for groceries that included 6 ears of fresh corn. However they were packed in a produced bag labeled as fresh corn, but they were half frozen, floating inside the bag was a cloudy slurry of slimy liquid. DISGUSTING! The only good thing I can say is that HEB refunded my money quickly. And I did not have to take the corn back to the store. That tells me this happens often. If you would not feed this food to your family, then I will not feed it to mine. I believe you can do better. HEB. I also find it interesting that this app will not allow me to post the pictures of the disgusting vegetables you sent me.

First time I did it too and I do normally avoid this HEB for a good reason and wish in the app I could pick which store can do my delivery but guess not. Its whatever store is closest. Someone named Shamika did the delivery and to the wrong address, that had instructions. Didn't have transportation at the time so did the home delivery and have kids home for the summer. There went our dinner plans. Please have your people, drivers do better with deliveries.
