No one in the pharmacy could help me about me delivery order and told me to call a 800 Nunber then Kimberly spoke to me like I was an idiot religion me how to use the app. When asked her questions she was getting upset that I asked. I was just trying to get my anti biotics. I am so disappointed in their system and their employees I interacted with today. I hope the next handicapped person in a wheelchair like me gets better service.

As a family of five that relies exclusively on your delivery services due to vehicle limitations, we have reached a breaking point regarding the recurring failures in order fulfillment and inventory management. It is inexcusable for a primary grocery retailer to be out of essential staples such as meat, produce, and basic hygiene products; specifically, your inability to provide items as simple as tomatoes or cookies, combined with the lack of critical supplies such as diaper rash cream and wipes for my one-year-old daughter suggests either a systemic failure in your inventory control or a profound lack of diligence by your personal shoppers. We rely on your store to provide for our household, and the current performance is failing us in ways that are both unprofessional and deeply damaging to our family's needs. I am treating this correspondence as a formal warning, and if I do not see an immediate and significant improvement in the accuracy and stock availability of our future orders, I will be escalating this matter directly to H-E-B corporate leadership to detail these unacceptable and persistent issues.
