- DRDali Riahi3 days ago1.0LAUREN should NOT be representing HEB customer service in ANYWAY! she is supposedly a store manager, yet when I had a horrible interaction with one of the bakery associates, I went to her (Lauren) and another partner of her who were both standing not far from the bakery for a while, just talking, told them the story (her essentially), not only that she was defending her low class employee, who has no manners to represent such a grocery store, but it made it look like so normal for it to happen, she then told me " unfortunately our cameras do not record audio" (which I'm sure both her and her associates appreciative this fact), and she at no point followed up with me or asked if I need any help or anything like that. @HEB: might just leave the store without any employees better than having such people represent y'all.

- GRglo riAug 11, 20263.0If HEB closes at 11pm for customers then why do you have all of your employees closing off all of the aislea by 10:15 ? It wa 10:45 and i had to hop around tour boxes and the employees blocking off the entire aisle just so i can purchase my essentials and my groceries. I almost fell bc of all the boxes innthe aisle as well as the fork pallets. Lawsuit anyone???
