- AMA M2 days ago5.0The cashier Becky was very friendly! I enjoyed her customer service. We had to go to this one twice while on vacation, and she was our cashier, on the self checkout one night. Then the following night she was our cashier at the register. This young lady was super friendly to my husband and I! I would return here, just because of her.
- MVMay ViJun 27, 20261.0Hi-Valley location has the lowest of lowest quality in meats n vegetables n other shelved items. I rely in curbside Its been a long time since i request vegetables because despite specific notes, i NEVER get what i ask for. Last week, i decided to test the waters again n requested sweet potatoes n specified large size. Didnt get that. I also requested 4 packages of ground turkey. The turkey meat i got, looked old, almost brownish pale. I trashed it all. Why did i trash it? Because, in a previous occasion, i contacted HEB via email with pictures of some Bimbo pastries that i bought n upon opening the package, the muffins had mold n white fuzz. Sent pics of the muffins, the package with “ best by” dates n yes i was requesting a refund. HEB made it so difficult, as if what i sent was not sufficient, i gave it up. Who decides to take pics n email grocery store for fun???? Economy is a monster n this HEB location selling trash n abusing curbside shoppers, is disgusting.

So he looks at me and says, "That way is the door." Not the customer service I would expect from an HEB partner.
