  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Customer Service at H-E-B Valley-Hi! On Wednesday night, October 7th, my wife, my mom, and I made our usual H-E-B run. While we were in the drinks aisle, my mom bent down to grab some Gatorades from the lower shelf. When she tried to stand back up, she became extremely dizzy and nearly fainted. Her back made a cracking noise, and she was suddenly unable to walk. As you can imagine, this was a very scary and stressful situation for our family. Thankfully, Scott, the manager, immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to help my mom. He quickly brought her a chair so she could sit down right there in the aisle, got her water and electrolytes, and did everything he could to help cool her down, including fanning her with whatever he could find. He even made sure she had a Ziploc bag of ice to place on her neck. Scott stayed right there with us, making sure my mom was okay, until my dad arrived to help get her safely outside. His immediate response, compassion, and willingness to stay with us during such a frightening moment meant more than words can express. Art, another H-E-B employee, also helped us during this difficult experience. The police officer who was there that night checked in on us as well, along with other H-E-B staff members who made sure we were okay. Everyone showed genuine concern and kindness, and we are incredibly grateful for each person who took the time to help our family. When a family member experiences a medical emergency in public, it can be overwhelming and frightening. Having people step up, show compassion, and make sure you aren't facing the situation alone makes a world of difference. Scott, Art, the police officer, and the other H-E-B employees reminded us what genuine care for others looks like. This is exactly why our family has always chosen H-E-B on Valley-Hi. It's about so much more than groceries. It's about the people, the compassion, and the way they treat their customers. That night, Scott and the entire team showed us that customers are more than just shoppers. They made a lasting impression on our family, and we sincerely hope management recognizes them for the outstanding way they represented H-E-B. Scott, thank you for stepping up immediately and taking such good care of my mom. Thank you to Art, the police officer, and every other staff member who checked on us and helped us through this frightening experience. Your kindness and support will never be forgotten. H-E-B Valley-Hi is fortunate to have people like you. We will continue choosing this location because of the wonderful people who make it special. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being there for our family when we needed it most! ❤️

  It was very quick ..in and out ..bought a few items....great prices as always...love my HEB...👍🙂❤️

  The MICs in this store are good for nothing, but Jacob, the selfcheckout partner, is one of the greatest heb partners I've ever dealt with, IF NOT THE BEST. I've been annoyed by many recent experiences in this store (heb valley hi) that NONE OF THEM was dealt with appropriately by this store's or HEB general management or area managers, but , Jacob, kinda gave me some hope that there are still few heb employees that represent HEB the right way, even if there are not as many as they should be, but some still exist, and JACOB is definitely one of them. Thank you Jacob.
