I ordered a baby shark cake for my daughter’s birthday a good two weeks in advance and it was nothing like what they show on their catalog. It’s false advertisement. And when I went to pick up the cake they couldn’t find the cake.

They sold my bf an opened bottle of Coca Cola, when I opened it when he got home I didn’t hear the seal break but thought maybe I was just being paranoid, NOPE, when I took a sip from the drink it was completely flat, so I had him call to see if they could see if it had been tampered with, the man who he spoke with had him wait on the phone for approx 11 minutes before hanging up. We have tried to call back over and over and the guy refuses to answer or tell us if he found anything on surveillance, I’m pregnant and this is concerning as you never know what somebody could have done to the drink especially since the store and associates obviously don’t care about the health and safety of their customers. Do better. The ‘customer service’ your employees/management displayed is completely absent.

Then I called the store to make a complaint and to check if there was any issue like someone putting something in there or doing something to the drink and the male manager there had me on hold until they hung up on me. I tried recalling multiple times and no one would answer when they’re clearly still open. Do not trust those drinks because obviously management doesn’t care.
