  Would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this store. They sold my bf an opened bottle of Coca Cola, when I opened it when he got home I didn’t hear the seal break but thought maybe I was just being paranoid, NOPE, when I took a sip from the drink it was completely flat, so I had him call to see if they could see if it had been tampered with, the man who he spoke with had him wait on the phone for approx 11 minutes before hanging up. We have tried to call back over and over and the guy refuses to answer or tell us if he found anything on surveillance, I’m pregnant and this is concerning as you never know what somebody could have done to the drink especially since the store and associates obviously don’t care about the health and safety of their customers. Do better. The ‘customer service’ your employees/management displayed is completely absent.

  Went to the store like I usually do and buy a coke from the fridge by the self checkout, not seeing that it had already been opened. Then I called the store to make a complaint and to check if there was any issue like someone putting something in there or doing something to the drink and the male manager there had me on hold until they hung up on me. I tried recalling multiple times and no one would answer when they’re clearly still open. Do not trust those drinks because obviously management doesn’t care.

  Its a smaller HEB but its right around the corner from home. Has everythingI need. Great service.

  The store need to up in the quality of their veggies,they are supplied with overgrown,tough supplies like okra, kale.that cause wasting my money because of tightness of veggies.
