  STOP! today i left the wallmart neighborhood grocery store to get other things at HEB,i got into it with the employees because a dog was in the cart,yet again dogs constantly in this store HEALTH CODE VIOLATION And unlawful.you can get sick from contaminated food! I get to HEB and pull up! And yet another dog in HEB!! I was fuming,told the employee did not have time to tell the manager.the ONLY dogs allowed in a GROCERY STORE are bonified service dogs! Not emotional support animals! Service dogs! This is our food people use your common sense and follow health code regulations and the law please,i was so disqusted over this today

  This isn't about HEB. It's about a staff member, who did above and beyond and she should be recognized. I have a client who got lost on his way to my store and he ended up at this HEB. He is in his 80s, he has no phone, he has some disabilities. He showed up at this HEB and was at a disadvantage. But, someone noticed, a security guard. Now, she could have said hey, you can't park here unless you're a customer, or she could have just said no when he said he had no phone but needed help. But she helped him, she found him a place to sit and she let him use her phone to call for assistance. In this case, he called me and I was able to come to him, and with the guards help, we found him on a scooter wandering around the store. She went above and beyond and that is rare these days. She gets 5 stars for being an exceptional person, which should be expected but it is not these days. Thank you and I hope HEB takes notice of your abilities to perceive issues, exhibit situational awareness and your empathy and compassion to those in need of assistance. Thank you Alma.

  Always a good selection of food and other items, but only having 1 check out open that is not a speed check out of 15 items or less and they look and make sure you abide by that 15 items, very frustrating

  HEB 415 N. New Braunfels ave...... The management and half of the employees there really need retraining in customer service. This store does not treat EVERYONE EQUALLY! Some employees(Xavier, Juan, Vangie, Jerrick....NOT jerrica, Lil' Robert, Chris(not Hispanic chris) are great, but most don't give eye contact, whisper behind your back because they think people can't read lips, don't greet you when entering store, don't smile, don't offer help to you when walking by you, nothing....they are just dead in their emotions and interactions. The security officers out front mostly stand there playing on their phones....I went to heb yesterday(Monday April 20, 2026), parked my vehichle in wells Fargo parking lot...not heb parking lot, and walked over to heb. When I came out and got over to my truck, I asked(he did not ask me) a homeless man if he was hungry and took out some money from my wallet and gave to him.....heb security guard walked toward us(gain, neither of us were on heb property but were on wells Fargo property) trying to intimidate us and run the homeless man off when we were not on heb property. I made sure that security guard heard me say to the homeless man that that security guard is not going to tell me who I can and can not give my own money to. Heb security guards need to pay attention to where their boundaries end. That security guard yesterday was bordering on harassment and believe me...I will be just the person to press those charges against him.

  Fruit verge of molding . Manger don’t know a product they sell expected shelf life after purchase. A day was his answer. That store is selling fruit borderline moldy and completely aware of this . Has zero clue about the product in the store they sell . Has been brought to attention before . Heb has lazy gross negligence management. If you shop there and seem to have eaten their products that may have mold … Keep an eye on your health. It’s not just me seeing this stuff. It’s not just one store either . The rich side of town Hebs probably have it too . They don’t check or investigate. They just hire 18 kids to grab what looks old enough the. Leave the rest.
