But this is the FOURTH week in a row I’ve had items missing or been given someone else’s items for every curbside order I place. Then I have to pay even more to have items delivered to me through Favor. This HEB needs to implement a final quality check to ensure all items are correct and accounted for BEFORE handing it off to the customer. Or deliver free of charge the missing items. There are bigger issues, I understand. But this becomes a huge nuisance especially if it’s one ingredient I am missing to make food.

Personally, I feel, as a senior citizen, HEB should give an immediate $20 back anytime a senior citizen has to bag their own groceries. This is ridiculous! I encountered the same lack of resources at the LaVernia store as well. We already pay too much for groceries! Don’t force us to bag our own groceries without being willing to pay for our help.

- CSCarina SouthersJul 8, 20265.0Shout out to my girl Rocio in South flo inside of H-E-B! I love this H-E-B because you can go in, get a beer from a friendly face, and walk around and grocery shop. This H-E-B probably doesn’t know what a gem it has in Rocio! You have such a nice warming welcoming, friendly employee in her! I actually hate going into H-E-B to get a beer and not seeing her at the South flo counter. She remembers us and asks about our family and we ask about hers. She just makes grocery shopping such a great experience. 10/10 employee! Apparently, she’s a pretty big hit with all the other parents at my kids school also. I’m glad to hear that everyone’s having the same experience with Rocio at H-E-B! We love her!
