  The staff was friendly and helped me find which H-E-B location had the items I wanted. The Pharmacy was also able to order my medication so I could pick it up in a few days.

  My cashier Julian was a fine young man who helped me ring up my groceries and bagged them graciously. Overall this Heb had great customer service I definitely recommend this location to all neighbors.

  I want to take a moment to recognize Alicia at the new H-E-B near 211 for providing absolutely amazing customer service. Alicia was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help me with my daughter’s prescription refill. Although the process took some time and there were a few issues that needed to be resolved, she remained professional, kind, and positive throughout the entire experience. Her level of customer service and expertise truly stood out to me. She didn’t make me feel like I was a burden or rush me through the process. Instead, she took the time to work through the situation and make sure my daughter’s prescriptions were properly refilled and that the issues were resolved. I am extremely grateful for her patience, her great attitude, and her willingness to go the extra mile. Alicia deserves to be recognized by her management and staff for the amazing job she is doing. Thank you, Alicia, for helping me when I needed it and for treating me with such kindness and professionalism. Your service was truly appreciated! 💕

  I hardly go out of my way to write a review. I always exchange my propane at HEB. However one of my tanks was empty upon opening. I told the employee at the register and they told me no problem and I can tell the person doing the exchange outside. However I told them and they told leadership and I was told I needed a receipt from the time of purchase which was a while back and I did not keep a receipt for the exchange. So they did not replace the empty one that I had already paid for. They told me it was fine, just to back track and tell me no. Update: Wish I could give half a star, I showed my bank transaction that had the purchase back on March 16th this year. It even says the exact same HEB that I made the purchase at. I was told, it was too long ago and I can’t get refunded since it wasn’t less than a month. I told her I have two back up tanks for BBQs and stuff and it’s all it’s used for. No one will open all their spare tanks within a month just to make sure there’s something there. TERRIBLE customer service. At this HEB anyways. Thanks for scamming me out of 20 bucks.
