- UPuknown personJul 1, 20261.0The service here from the managers is dismal and lax . There’s always six managers at the front doing absolutely nothing while I bag my own groceries if the job is just to look good and stand at the front hire me sounds like an easy job.

One of them makes eye contact with me while there’s only four lanes open and sees that I am starting to bag my groceries. she proceeds to slowly walk away in the opposite direction and join the conversation. What do they even do up there other than get after cashiers and bag boys for not being at their post such a waste of resources.

- BGBriana GibsonJun 17, 20265.0Went in this morning before work to purchase helium balloons, I am part of the birthday committee at my job, no one was available and I asked the self check out member if he could get someone for me and he said it would be a minute, which was fine. I was there standing for well over 5 minutes, which in turn was going to make me late to work. I saw John stocking little mini tomatoes I think abs explained the situation and even though the floral department was not in yet, he went to find a manager for me and then proceeded to fill my balloons and apologize for the delay. Thank you so much John for helping me this morning! It was appreciated and I know it wasn’t something normally in your scope but you really set the tone for my day!
