- KHKatie HarrisApr 24, 20265.0Almost didn’t have a great experience with the bakery but after talking to a manager she really made me feel seen and heard. (Leeanna was her name I believe). I feel like managers of places like grocery stores don’t always get recognized the way they should and it’s also not easy to turn a bad experience into a good one but she was able to do that for me and my husband. At the bakery it’s more than just cake for birthdays. Some are coming here for funeral catering (I’ve had to come here for that before) or happier moments like today, (came for a gender reveal cake). You never know what the person is going through and that’s why customer service is so important. Thankful for a caring manager who took feedback from a negative experience and wasn’t annoyed by it but rather determined to fix it. I’m thankful for her. One last bit of advice (for gender reveal cakes don’t stick the receipt on the cake, luckily I peeled it off and didn’t look but it had the color listed lol) ((learning experiences)) love you HEB
