They didn't have any fresh bolillos, when I ask the bakery employees their answer was "they are in front" when I told them that those are from the day before their answer is we didn't make any today because we need to move the old stuff...!!! At 9am...!!! I when there on Mother's day at 7am and the bread was hot and fresh...!! I don't know if they don't care about Father's day or is because most of the bakery personnel are females and they don't care. Looks like they have a New Management because the last 4-6 months the store is in complete disarray...!!! They have the same product in two different areas, product that need to be cold is hot, they move stuff from one place to other without changing the signage...!! It's like they are inviting their customers to go to Walmart...!!! Fix it...!!!

About 2 weeks ago a young man in the meat department assisted me with a cut of meat to use for kebab. I think his name is Jose and he had really cool tattoos. He was really professional and went out of his way to assist me. On the 6th of June, I made a stop in the Deli. They were super busy. I didn’t mind because one of my favorite deli staff was working. Her name is Tisa. She is always super sweet and professional. My deli cuts are always nice looking. I met one of her peers, Abbey who is also professional and kind. Both of these ladies did an amazing job working together to provide the deli customers great service. Thank you so much for these amazing employees. They literally made my trip to the store a breeze. Great employees like these make me want to shop here. Thank you so much!

During my visit I witnessed an employee (Priscilla) drop multiple containers of pre-made chicken salad on the floor and they landed open either on their side or food touching the floor. The employee then scooped them up closed the lid and mixed them in with the containers on the shelf. Absolutely disgusting, will never touch any pre-made food from HEB again. Disgraceful for the store just voted best grocery store chain in the U.S.
