- RCRaul Chavera5 days ago1.0The customer service rep was my worst experience with HEB. I simply asked for change on a bill and she was with attitude and tossed the bills on tbe counter. No greeting, no thank you but reflects poorly on HEBs normally stellar customer service standard. The senior rep apologized but I said save that and get her into basic cst training . HEB is better than that..

It’s very important for me to be able to see my medication‘s so that I can pay for them and get them delivered Fernando went above and beyond walked over to the Pharmacy. Let me speak to the pharmacist on his phone the store line to get the issue resolved. I really appreciate people who don’t mind getting up from behind the desk and doing their job and I think he should be acknowledged for his Customer Service.
