Food was pretty good but service was lacking. We had a large party and I think they should have given you the waiter/server some help. I tipped him well lt wasn't his fault it was management

Had a great lunch with my family. Grand Tequila had a buffet option on top of there lunch specials and regular menu items. The lunch buffet was $10.99 and the lunch specials were $8.99. Both did not include a drink as part of the special but that was ok by me. Got there right at 1130am and it wasn't overly packed, which I actually enjoyed. Ou service with great, the waitress was polite and smiling. Our food came to table very quickly and the buffet option was as whenever you were ready to eat you could grab. For the buffet it was cheese enchiladas, chicken flautas, tostada shells and taco shells to make you chalupas or crispy tacos. The meat choices were picadillo, and shredded chicken. They also had fideo, pollo al carbon, of course rice and beans with all the lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, and 2 cheese for added toppings. Lunch buffet $10.99, I'll take that any day.

I went there for the first time to try it and service was slow it wasn’t even busy and to top it off they added an extra tip on top on what I left. I been calling to speak with a supervisor in regards to this and keep hanging up every time . MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPT IF PAYING WITH CARD TO HAVE YOUR TIP AMOUNT YOU LEFT AND NOT BE SURPRISED MORE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWN FROM ACCOUNT

We had a large party for my sisters birthday and all I can is the the food was pretty terrible Luke warm and nothing like the pictures shown on menu also I’m really big on service and the waitress did not check to see if we need refills or anything also did not give us spoons or forks like about 5/10 mins after she gave us our food.
Food poisoning is served here! Girlfriend ordered “grand tequila sampler” and has been throwing up for hours. When I called the restaurant, the worker on the phone stated he would get the manager then hangs up, I call back hangs up again. I drive up to the restaurant because surely you can’t dismiss me now? I show up and speak to the so called “manager” explain what catastrophe their food caused this evening and gets questioned if I got the food or not before handling my refund. Very poor customer service. Save your health and cook at home don’t pay for the convenience. I’m just hoping someone checks out the kitchen so no one else gets sick.
