If I had put in a few items and then had to edit one item it erased EVERYTHING and had to start over. I ordered and they didn't have an option for crispy/well-done fries. So I asked if it could be done and they said it could and asked for the name on my order. My wait time said approx 30 min. I had people come in after I had placed my order, order from the counter, and receive their food before mine (I had selected i wanted my food ASAP). I finally received my order and went home. My fries were as they had barely been cooked. I turned on the air fryer and cooked them for 10 min and they still were not crispy. I filled out several complaints as I had filled out one and I had an email asking for how it was. I still have not received any response about my experience. 3 FULL business days and not even a response saying they will be looking into it.

When I got to the restaurant, went to wash my hands, the bathroom smells like a dead rat. After coming out of the bathroom, was informed it would be another 3 minutes for my order. Which actually ended up taking 6 minutes. I don't know what happened in that time, but my fries came out cold and soggy. Not only did I receive a bad experience, I tipped 25% on top of that. And since it was an online order made through Five Guys website, I am not finding anywhere that I can dispute the tip charge. Will not go back. No has ever contacted me about this matter. You business isn't important to them

A cheeseburger was over $12 by itself. Add a small order of fries at more than $5 and a drink, and you’re approaching $20 for one hamburger meal. What really struck me was that we were there around lunchtime and there were only two other customers inside. Meanwhile, the Chick-fil-A across the street had cars streaming out toward the roadway. There are other burger restaurants where I can get an excellent fresh double cheeseburger, fresh-cut fries and a drink for around $9–$10. At that point, paying nearly twice as much at Five Guys just doesn’t make sense to me. The burger was good. The problem isn’t the food it’s the value. At these prices, Five Guys has simply priced itself out of what I’m willing to pay for a hamburger.
