  My family and I are frequent regulars at Fajita Express. We usually love the food, the prices, and the incredibly pleasant drive-thru worker who always makes us smile. But tonight (Wednesday) was an absolute trainwreck, and the customer service was a joke. We ordered four meals through the drive-thru and requested a side of peppers and onions for our taco salads. When we got home, they were missing. I called the restaurant to let them know, and the girl who answered immediately started arguing with a coworker about it on the line before snapping "hold on" and putting me on hold for minutes. My husband drove back with our receipt. When he arrived, several employees ignored him. One guy on his phone by the to-go rack literally looked him in the eye and walked away. When the woman who handed us our order finally approached, my husband explained we just needed the missing items. She looked at the receipt, reprinted an itemized version, and told him they had originally given them to us for "free"—so if we still wanted them, she was going to have to charge us $5.00 now! In what asinine world does that make sense? We spent nearly $50 on our meals. Whether your staff rings something up as free or not is on them, not the customer who has to waste gas driving back to fix your mistake. To top it all off, they forgot utensils entirely. If we hadn’t been eating at home, I guess we would have been eating with our hands—or would they have charged us $5 for missing forks, too? Management seriously needs to look at who they are hiring for Wednesday nights. This was pathetic.

  We usually love this place, but tonight’s service was appalling. They forgot the peppers and onions for our $50 order. When I called, the employee argued with a coworker on the phone and left me on hold. My husband drove all the way back to the restaurant, where employees ignored him while standing on their phones. When he finally got help, the worker tried to charge him $5.00 for the missing items because they were "free on the first receipt." Unbelievable. You mistake-proof your errors by charging the customer to fix them? They also forgot utensils. We are frequent regulars, but tonight's staff completely failed. Management needs to retrain this shift immediately. Absolute clown show.

  This place is fast for delivery and a good distance at that…. I swear to yall they have the BEST cheese enchiladas in SA even better than blanco cafe ! Go try for yourself I do a lot of reviews on food and places
