  Espere 8 minutos para que me atendieran, y 15 minutos para que me dieran I’m meal de 3 pc, y me lo dieron crudo , el pollo no estaba cocinado, mala antencion en este lugar y mal cocinero

  1/5 Stars – Terrible Customer Service ​I visited El Pollo Loco in San Pedro last night and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes without a single employee greeting me, acknowledging my presence, or taking my order. ​It was so obvious I was being ignored that another customer who was already seated had to speak up and inform an employee—who appeared to be on break—that I was waiting for help. Instead of apologizing or offering assistance, the employee seemed visibly annoyed by the interruption. Seeing the staff's lack of care and unprofessional attitude, I walked out without ordering. ​Poor service and zero consideration for customers. I was excited to be there since I haven't been to Pollo Loco in over 10 years. I was 100% disappointed since this was a favorite when I used to live here.

  The food isn’t as good as it use to be plus the menu doesn’t equal what they offered 20 years ago. Plus the attitude is so different not as friendly. It’s sad I would of loved to see them prosper maybe one day someone will see the value and re-look over the menu and change their attitude

  Esta ubicación ha decaído muchísimo. Hoy visitamos el restaurant y el piso, las mesas y la barra de salsas estaban sucias. La salsa verde estaba agria y la máquina de sodas servía los refrescos muy diluídos. No valio la pena, salí muy molesto
