- JSJorge SacramentoAug 8, 20262.0So...this pollo loco is consistent. It consistently does not have adequate A/C that works. The portable A/C in the dining area is consistently being blocked by an employee sitting directly in front of the fan. Don't come here on a hot summer day, it will not be a comfortable nor pleasant experience. Oh...almost forgot...the heat does not allow you to enjoy a chicken meal. Drive by...if no cars in the parking area, there's no working A/C inside. Ordering has always been difficult. There's always new-hires...they can only answer basic questions...as on this my last visit. Diners...beware. Tried to post a photo of the employee blocking the A/C...wasn't allowed.

Instacart didnt give me the option to have no ice in our sodas, I called the location and Santonio told me not to worry he will take care of it, and Light ice in our horchata as well. They always try to help accommodate requests, always answer the phone and the food is hella good ♡
