    Had a great experience with this location, we ordered one of the new seasonal drinks and my wife did not love it so he pulled back through and asked for some sweet cream and soft top on the side and that fixed it right up. The young lady that was working was very kind.

    Too many staffing problems, it should not take 25 minutes when thereā€™s one car ahead of you in a drive-through lane.

    If you insist on doing a speaker less system and running a queue with manual ordering make sure you manage it correctly I was sitting in the inside line for 11+minutes when a single car pulls outside and the Dutch Bros employee immediately goes to the outside lane and when I expressed I had been sitting there longer than 10 mins prior to that person arriving I was met with attitude and eye rolls and completely dismissed. There's 5 other coffee franchises in that 3 mile stretch on Blanco go to those instead.

    Fast service and great drinks I am very indecisive when it comes to ordering but Bella made it such a breeze choosing the best drink for my taste. Great service from Bella, super friendly.
