    I honestly had to leave a review because the customer service here is so good! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, and my drink and food was made really well and came out so fast. You can tell the crew actually cares about the customers and the experience they’re giving. I also got to meet the manager and she was so sweet and welcoming. I was amazed because everyone was so friendly and had such a good attitude. She definitely knows how to hire great individuals This has easily become my favorite Dutch Bros on the South Side. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to everyone , you won’t regret it stopping by here .

    Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered at 9:30, and I received my sandwich from 6:39, it was literally ice cold. That is completely unacceptable. This was not an isolated incident. On a previous visit, I waited more than 20 minutes while I watched employees hand out orders to customers who had ordered AFTER me. That shows a serious lack of organization, communication, leadership, and basic order management. A business should have a clear system in place to make sure orders are prepared and handed out in the correct order. Customers should not have to stand around watching their order get overlooked while newer orders are being served. At this point, the problem is not just the wait time it is the lack of leadership and accountability. Management needs to seriously evaluate how this location is being operated and provide the staff with better structure and direction. After multiple frustrating experiences, I will not be ordering from this location again. The food being served ice cold after such a long wait is simply unacceptable. I hope management takes this review seriously and makes the necessary changes.

    My favorite Dutch Bros to get my drinks from! Absolutely phenomenal service and best tasting drinks! I recommend this one above all the others! And if you’re looking for a personal recommendation, I like to start my morning with the blended Supernova Rebel energy! It’s electric!! Drinks/Food: 10/10 Best tasting drinks, always super fresh, and always super essential to my busy morning! My Supernova and Golden Eagle hit the spot! Service: ♾️/10 The service is impeccable and extraordinary! All the broistas are super nice and very easy to talk to. They have such wonderful and lovely personalities, and even when they’re super busy, they can still smile and make peoples days. I personally want to shout out and commend Maddie, Ivy, Kim, Irelyn for their outstanding and amazing work. I hope they have a great day and know they helped make mine pretty good! Thank you Atmosphere: 10/10 Very clean and very modern! I love the Dutch bros aesthetic!

    Hands down the best coffee shop around! The staff is fast, super welcoming, and always patient. The baristas are amazingly friendly.I want to shout out Sydney in particular, she remembers my regular order, gets it out in record time without missing a beat, and always keeps the line moving smoothly. Absolute top-tier service! You just don't see that level of care and genuine hospitality anymore. 10/10 service!
