    Orders a banana bread latte but taste like a regular iced coffee took it back and got the exact same thing there is no banana bread taste in it at all

    since switching managers this location has gone downhill. i’ve been a regular for over a year & megan was always on point but the new girl really has trashed this location. i miss my daily dutch runs but it’s just not the same. :(

    Absolutely ridiculous, came by around 2pm and watched as the same girl walked around taking orders outside in the 98 degree heat, looking miserable. I come by almost every day and see the same 4-5 people outside every time. Shame on the owner of this store for keeping these poor kids outside!

    I was at Dutch Bros in the line it took forever for me to get my drink because the car in front of me needed their drink wiped down because the worker gave it to her all wet and then the worker started almost yelling at her in a rude way about something

    I usually come to this location since it’s closest to where i live and I usually order ahead to pick up through the drive through window. Usually the person brings my drink out. Today it said it should be ready by 3:03. It is past 3:15 and I still haven’t received my drink and they gave the person who is in front of me their drink first. What’s the point of ordering ahead if when it says it will be ready it isn’t? Don’t recommend coming by this location if you expect them to be on time with your order.
