I go to this location for convenience, but it's always hit or miss whether or not they'll make your order correctly. One memorable occasion was having to pull up the app to show the cashier that they prepared the wrong drink. Today I ordered a large sour cherry myst with the 0.70¢ Mixed Berry add in. I did not get my mixed berries. :(

I’ve been coming to this Dutch Bros ever since I stopped going to Starbucks I think it’s been about eight months now and every single person that I have encountered there has had the upmost amazing spirit always asking me about my daily life and just trying to make me feel better in general as a person. They’ve even supported my small cake pop bouquet business. This one is my absolute favorite, but I do know other locations, the Braun Road and the other one on potranco and also the valley high one that I go to in San Antonio, Texas, that everyone there is just always amazing as well

I visited Dutch Bros on a whim . I checked out the menu and decided on two items . The pumpkin spice cold coffee and one slider. I don't eat bacon nor sausage. I find it hard to believe that whoever makes these menus in corporate should probably get a new job. Not to consider someone who may be vegan is a head scratcher. I asked if I could have it without bacon or sausage. The manager said no that isn't possible. Like is a chef cooking these sliders or is an employee putting them in a warmer. I think it was for a lack of effort and not even trying. Manager retraining!
