  don’t bother getting off, you’d probably get your MOBILE order faster in the car line, waited almost 20 minutes at the window when people who came after me got their drinks first and basically the whole car line almost disappeared when mine was just sitting there the whole time for a simple h20 drink with boba, you see someone standing there the whole time took my name when i came up and gave these people way after me their drinks first while mines sitting, im not the type to make someone’s day hell by arguing with them in person bc i was on lunch and have a JOB to get to aswell i worked fast chain aswell at cfa doing front back and dishes and taking out orders all while only having 4 people on the clock and it was way harder than mixing drinks and everything was always out on time it’s a simple task of asking someone even if you asked them 5 times what their name is so you can check on their drink but making someone’s feel singled out by remembering everyone else first who came after seeing me standing there not on the side tables is ridiculous and maybe in need of a recap of training or just simple courtesy of customer service, i’m not looking for anything free hence why i don’t complain in person unless its absolutely needed so i’d rather leave a review for the company and district manager and store leader so that way things can be up to par and changed for the better, disregarding a customer and crazy wait times for a drink is one of the top reasons for angry customers, please do better i’ve been there and you just have to put your two cents and common courtesy’s into retail and food chains

  Jonah took our order at the drive thru. We had a few questions and he answered them with confidence. He suggested options to add to our drinks. He is a very sweet young man. Once at the window our drinks were not only made quickly but tasted absolutely delicious.

  My kids love getting the stickers, however we haven't received any stickers with Dad's coffee except once out of the 7 times I have been there, or my friends bought coffee there. Stay away from this location if you're wanting stickers.
