If I take the time to order online why is it not starting until I get there and tell them I’m here to pick up the order? It’s a 10 minute drive from my home to this location. This forces me to go through the drive thru and while sometimes the line goes quick other times like today it was extremely long. 2. What is with the ordering lines… came today and no one came out for a good 7-10 mins. Car in front of us hadn’t ordered and then the right lane started to pack in. Person finally came out and started with the right lane… took 3 orders before me when I should have been second. Whataburger and chick fil a handle double lines fine I don’t get why this all has to come down to 1 line and rely on a person to come out that doesn’t really care what the order is.

I have ordered on the app at the window and every time something has been made wrong. Since this has now become a pattern I will choose the further driver to another location that can get my order correct.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
