  I always have a great experience at this Dutch Bros location on O’Connor Road! The drinks are consistently amazing, and the customer service is what really makes this place stand out. BRENDAN HAGERTY with the luscious blonde hair 😂 was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made my visit even better. You can tell they genuinely care about making customers feel appreciated. This location has such a positive atmosphere, and it’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend! 💙☕️

  Dutch Bros has become my favorite coffee stop! The coffee is consistently great, and the customer service is on another level. Every visit, the crew is friendly, upbeat, and makes you feel welcome. It's refreshing to see employees who genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I liked it so much that I even converted my wife into a Dutch Bros fan! Now it's one of our favorite places to grab coffee together. Keep up the awesome work—you've definitely earned loyal customers!

  I go to Dutch Bros all the time, but this location is by far my favorite! Brendan was one of the baristas, and he was awesome! He was super friendly and made my coffee run way more fun than usual. My go-to order is the Horchata Chai Latte with 2 shots of espresso, whipped cream, and cinnamon sprinkles, and he absolutely nailed it! It’s hands down my favorite drink. Great coffee is one thing, but great people are what keep me coming back. Thanks for making my day, Brendan! Keep being amazing!

  Kelsey is hands down the best barista at Dutch Bros! She always greets everyone with a smile, brings amazing energy, and somehow makes every visit better than the last. She's incredibly friendly, remembers customers, and goes above and beyond to make sure every drink is made perfectly. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that positivity is contagious. Great customer service like hers is hard to find these days. If Kelsey is working, you already know you're going to have a great experience. Dutch Bros is lucky to have her!

  I love it here! friendly employees, very talkative and very good at their jobs. I’ve been ordering the same thing until there’s new things on the menu, however ever since the dose de Leche it’s been a hit and miss with my drink I ask for iced chi substitute with almond milk however I’ve been getting a latte. Like I said love this place and location and employees but I don’t like coffee and this is a real big let down. I’ve been loud enough so they could hear me so I’m unsure what’s the miss communication here, I get it we have friends and family members come in and we have a chat however this time this conversation was running a little bit long and I think the miss communication was of that but I’m just stating my own opinion on the matter, please understand I will still come back but please make sure you are reading the orders carefully and correctly.
