They even help and suggest what flavors or add ins would be good for my drinks. Always smiles and high energy! Here’s some of the drinks I have ordered from here!

- IIIsabell Izaguirre4 days ago1.0I went to Dutch bros by Brooks for the first time I looking at the menu as it was my first time then I overheard an employee complaining to another customer how we’ve been there and she doesn’t know what we’re doing and we were taking forever ? The drive thru has several menus I waited at the first one because i was going to order 3 drinks not just for me and mind you I didn’t want to bother anyone or to be in the way so I let other cars go around me Then she fake smiles at me because i literally watched as she’s complaining about it and making annoyed expressions and she’s caught. When she takes my order she’s so rude for no reason as if she’s rushing me to hurry up and also shes way to close literally leaning in to my car window I love person space and maybe she just needs to learn how to give personal space I’m not sure shes light complexed, tall with long frizzy wavy hair she could’ve been having a bad morning but I’ve worked customer service that’s not an excuse EVERYONE has bad mornings that was just NOT professional anyways the drinks weren’t to great either. I will just stick to 7brew love their customer service and warm welcome drinks are amazing too :)

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
