I got there at 5 minutes to 10:00 and Jazz make my coffee for me even though it was about time to close with a smiling face and a laugh she knew I was stuck doing laundry and I needed my Americano

Went during my lunch break. Most places do first come first served. Well Jay decided to give attitude to me and tell me to read the sign that's at the front of the line being blocked by the cars in the front. The sign needs to be at the back, where people pull into the drive thru. There were no other cars in the second lane when I pulled up. They pulled up as she did the car in front of me. And instead of coming to me who was there waiting first she went to the other car and gave me attitude for not seeing a sign that's being blocked!

I don’t know the name of my broista but she was so gentle and kind. I just went through the drive through and was almost in tears over something bad in my personal life. She was so kind to me when I felt vulnerable. She offered to pray for me and it means so much to me. I get to the window and she hands me a cup with a special message on it. You guys have such an amazing staff. Thank you so so much
