    I frequently visit Dutch Bros locations and always have a great experience with my drinks. However, today around 4:25 PM, I had a disappointing visit at this location. I ordered a soda and a blended Red Bull, but both looked and tasted completely different than usual.When I noticed there was barely any cold foam on my drink, I asked for more. The male employee gave me a rude look, told me it would be an upcharge, and defensively insisted that the barista had already put the standard 2 ounces in. Other locations are always incredibly kind about resolving drink issues right away often offering to remake the drink free of charge before I've even taken a sip. I love Dutch Bros and know the standards as i used to work for one but the quality and customer service at this specific location were not up to your usual standards. disappointing and will not be back to this location.

    Another great group friendly people! They never make the ordered drinks incorrectly and always interact with the customer. I love this about this brand. Not just this location, but, every location of Dutch Brothers Coffee we have been to,is always friendly and make the drinks correctly. Thanks beautiful coffee crafting professionals!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros! Mari and Valentina were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked up. They had such positive attitudes and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. My order was made perfectly, and their customer service really stood out. What impressed me most was how genuine and attentive they were. They weren’t just doing their jobs—they actually made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. You can tell they care about the people they’re serving, and that kind of attitude makes a huge difference. Mari and Valentina seriously deserve a raise! Employees like them are a huge asset to Dutch Bros, and I hope their hard work gets recognized because they absolutely earned it. Five stars all around, and a huge shoutout to Mari and Valentina for making my visit such a great one!

    Isla and liberty were amazing very nice and respectful with great energy. I always love this location because of the experience the workers give always nice and a pleasure. However Isla and Liberty make it that much better. Thanks Dutch bros and staff!!
